What to include
Use a short subject and describe your request. Include only the information needed for a reply: do not send passwords, identity documents, health data or confidential information about other people.
When emails are deleted
Ordinary correspondence is deleted when the request is closed, after the reply and any activities needed to handle it are complete. Deletion is performed by the mailbox owner, not automatically by this website.
Emails are not used for newsletters or promotional messages. For details about processing and any retention obligations, read the privacy notice.
Requests about your data
You can use the same email address to ask about the processing of your personal data or exercise your rights. Use “Privacy request” as the subject and explain your request; any necessary clarification will be requested by email.
