Cookie Policy
Your preferences. No tracking.
This Cookie Policy covers the Turnode coming-soon page and its information pages, not the future application. It applies to turnode.it, the same content delivered through Firebase Hosting's technical addresses, and the redirect from turnode.app.
Cookies and tools used
A cookie is a small file that a website can store on a device and receive on subsequent visits. Whether consent is required depends on its purpose and the applicable rules, not merely on the name given to the cookie.
In its current configuration, Turnode does not set cookies for technical, advertising or statistical purposes. These pages do not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB to store visitor preferences or identifiers.
Google Analytics, Google Ads, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, social widgets, maps, videos and third-party fonts are not integrated. Illustrations and animations are local page elements.
How preferences work
Language. The home page may initially use the language provided by the browser. The IT/EN selector changes the content and page address: the lang parameter contains only it or en, with no personal code. The notices have separate addresses for each language.
Reading and appearance. The alignment and animation pause controls act on the open page without saving preferences in website storage. Theme, contrast and motion follow the preferences made available by the device. The browser may keep history or cached copies, or restore a page's state; the website does not use these browser features to track people.
Why there is no consent banner
Because no cookies or other tracking tools requiring consent are active, we do not display an “Accept/Reject” banner or record consent. There are therefore no website cookie names or expiration periods to list.
For more information about cookies and consent, see the Italian Data Protection Authority's FAQs (in Italian).
Technical data is a separate matter
No cookies does not mean no personal data: connecting to Firebase Hosting involves processing the IP address and the technical information needed to provide the pages. These data are not cookies and are not deleted simply by closing a page.
The Privacy Policy describes purposes, legal bases, providers, retention and transfers. It also explains how emails sent to support@turnode.it are handled.
External links
The pages do not embed the LegalBlink generator, scripts or banner. The documents are served directly by the website. When you follow an external link, the destination website applies its own privacy notice.
The email link opens the email application you choose to use; it does not send a message or form data through Turnode.
Updates and contact
Before introducing new tools, we will assess their purposes and operation and update this notice. Any tools requiring consent will only be activated after a valid user choice, without treating browsing as acceptance.
The controller is Antonino Gandolfo, who manages the project from Italy. For questions and privacy requests, contact support@turnode.it. Your rights and how to exercise them are explained in the relevant Privacy section.
Document basis: LegalBlink through Aruba. Notice adapted to Turnode's actual configuration, updated on 11 September 2026. The controller manages these adaptations; they do not constitute an individual review by the provider's legal team.
